Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to start your 90-night sleep trial return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

Package and Ship

Place your Nuzzle™ Pillow in its original packaging or a similar box, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
